Does this feel familiar?

  • You worry that having the thought may be the same as choosing it, believing it, or sinning.

  • You feel like you need to pray, read your Bible, review, & seek reassurance from others, until you feel spiritually settled.

  • You use a lot of your time trying to decide if you did something morally wrong.

  • Your thoughts are really disturbing and you feel they say something about you and the genuineness of your faith.
